We begin with an initial consultation to understand your energy consumption, building characteristics, operational needs, and long-term objectives. This includes reviewing recent electricity bills, discussing load profiles, EV charging or battery requirements, and identifying eligibility for grants or funding schemes where applicable.
For grid connection, we manage the application process with your Distribution Network Operator (DNO), ensuring compliance with G98, G99 and G100. We coordinate approvals to ensure the system can be legally and safely connected to the grid.
A detailed on-site survey is carried out to assess roof structure, orientation, shading, electrical infrastructure, and health & safety requirements. Where required, we assist with planning permission, and structural assessments. Based on the survey findings, we design a tailored system using industry-standard modelling tools.
System design includes array layout, inverter and battery selection, cable routing, and generation forecasts, while ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and MCS standards.
Installation is carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with MCS, IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and manufacturer specifications. All equipment is installed with minimal disruption, following strict quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
Once installation is complete, we fully commission the system, testing performance, protection settings, and monitoring functionality. We then notify the DNO, issue the MCS certificate, and provide all relevant documentation, warranties, and system guidance. You’ll receive a full handover, ensuring you understand how to operate and monitor your system effectively from day one.
